Princess Lashes ♥

19 Nov

Hello dolls! :hello:

Diamonds are a girls best friend. But even so are lashes. ;) Yes, it’s another lash review! :D

Introducing…

Princess Lee Lashes!

This is probably one of my favorite style of lashes. Even when I had lash extensions, this is the style I would ask for. Shorter in front and longer to the back, and full! I love how some of the lashes towards the end are much thicker and the effect is gorgeous. :) I don’t think I need to say more about how pretty these lashes look, as I’m sure most would agree. The brand name Princess Lee really suits.

In person they don’t look over the top, but not completely natural either. They are somewhat thick on the end, but not heavy. They weren’t uncomfortable either. Quality wise, they are great. What I really appreciate about the packaging is that they are not glued onto the box! With the small gold stickers, you just have to peel it a little (very easy using a pin set) and the lashes will come right off. :)

These were sent to me by Born Pretty Store. Each Princess Lee box contains 10 pairs of lashes. And on Born Pretty Store’s shop it sells for just $8.54! :O I have to say that’s probably one of the best deals I’ve seen for good quality pretty lashes and for TEN!

I had a lot of fun taking pictures for these lashes. :) Enjoy!

Psst! Don’t forget to use a special promo code for my readers when shopping on Born Pretty! ;)

Baby Queen Lashes ♥ 517 // Lashes like Megan Fox

6 Nov

Hello! :hello:

Today I’m reviewing Baby Queen lashes #517! This is my 2nd box of Baby Queen lashes, and I love Baby Queen! I love the styles they have. Glamorous/pretty/dollish, etc. They are all handmade and great quality! Check out Baby Queen lashes here. KKCenterHK.com sent me these lashes for review purposes. ;)

The #517 from Baby Queen lashes are handmade and made of synthetic fiber.

Most of the lashes come in 5 pairs, but they also have 10 pair boxes, depending on what style you want.

I used my regular black lash glue to apply these. Although you need good glue to get paired lashes to stick well, I do think the quality of the lashes help with lashes staying in place. I really like the look of these lashes. They’re not so dramatic, and they give a clean but full lash look. The lashes on the 517 are darker black and a bit thicker, but they are not heavy at all. Some lashes are too dramatic and can be heavy where you can “see” the lashes. I worse these lashes all day/night yesterday and had no problems/issues with them.

Baby Queen lashes remind me of Megan Fox’s lashes. She always has nice and full lashes. Compared to the 517 lashes, hers are have more of a softer look to it. But overall it does remind me of her lashes. :) Of the Baby Queen line, there are more lashes that are softer and more “fluffy”? look to it. Like the #715 or #720.

I really like the look of these! I usually prefer having lashes that are not round in curve. But are shorter in the inside and longer and fuller in the end. But I appreciate the look of these lashes! I took a bunch of pictures! Enjoy!

I normally don’t put mascara on false lashes. I don’t like the look of mascara on false lashes, as I prefer a softer lash look. But I put on just a coat of mascara on the lashes and they look nice either way!

Sorry for the I’m so vain picture. But I am loving my lashes!

I can’t express how much I really like Baby Queen lashes. I get excited to look at the lashes they have. If I had to stock up only one brand of false paired lashes, I would choose Baby Queen. Good quality, great pricing, and most importantly really pretty styles! They also have lower lashes! Just go check out the lashes! You won’t regret.

Dramatic false lashes review from Bornprettystore.com

Hey dolls! So today I’m reviewing these false lashes from Bornprettystore.com :hello: It also comes with a tube of glue! The box label is in Chinese so I can’t read the brand name. But you may have seen the box before. Anyway, the ones I’m reviewing are #007. It contains 10 pairs of lashes. You can check out the lashes (and glue) on Bornprettystore’s shop here. Neither on the shop or the box mentions the length of the lashes. But they are very long! You’ll see with the pictures I took. :)

The lashes are long and thick, very dramatic! I know they are not my usual style, but I thought it would be fun to try. :) It isn’t your average day kind of look. In my opinion, I think they’re better suited for parties, photoshoots, or a day when you want to glam it up. Or even upcoming Halloween!

Quality wise, they are good, compared to the $4.18 price tag! They are stiff, which could be good or bad. I mean they stay in place, but it does look very unnatural! Because they are so long and thick, you can “see” them while applied. It’s not so heavy that it’s uncomfortable. I guess if you’re used to dramatic lashes, then there’s nothing wrong with these. Application is easy for these. I think because they are stiff, it actually makes it easier to apply. They are re-usable, just take the glue off.

I wish the box itself was better material, or prettier design at least. Haha. And I wish it had the lash frame/form so that I can the lashes back on to the frame/form to help keep that shape for re-use. Anyways, here are some pictures!

Moving on to the glue!

Today I chose not to use this glue, because I’ve tried it before. It’s obviously a white glue, and it doesn’t change to opaque. Also to be honest, I don’t think this is the best glue for the dramatic lashes that needs a stronger glue. I would use this glue for lighter/softer lashes or single lashes and when I’m not using black eye liner. I don’t mind glues smelling bad, but just to state all the negatives, this glue smells.. not nice. :)

More pictures!

If you use tons of lashes throughout the year, I suggest checking out Born Pretty Store. You can even get 50 pair lashes for around $12. They also have free worldwide shipping. :D

P.S. The lashes & glue were given to me from Born Pretty Store for review purposes. Like all my posts, I always stay honest!

Baby Queen Lashes #507

21 Sep

Hello! :hello:

If you’ve been following my blog for a while now, you’ll know I usually just use single flair lashes. It’s the most natural, and so much easier application! But when KKCENTERHK sent me Baby Queen lashes, I was excited because a lot of the Baby Queen lashes look pretty and natural. Also, I love the name Baby Queen. haha. The ones I am reviewing today are the Baby Queen #507. You can check them out on KKCENTERHK’s shop. You can also check out other Baby Queen lashes on this page. They also have lower lashes and more dramatic lashes.

These are handmade synthetic fibers. Containing 5 pairs.

I really like the look of these lashes. They don’t appear too fake when you have them on. I’m using these for both day and night looks. They are good quality lashes, and I had no issues with them. I did have to cut on each side of the lashes, a little piece of the plastic line. They were easy to put on. I used two different type of glues, black and white. Just make sure you use good glue when it comes to paired lashes. I sometimes have an issue of the inner part of the lashes not sticking to my lash line. :(

I don’t really have anything negative to say about these lashes. Sometimes paired lashes come off too fake, but I think these are pretty and natural. The only thing is that I wish they were a few mm wider. :)

I did two different looks for these lashes. I wish you could see the lashes better on the pictures! Because in person you can see them better. But I guess since they’re more natural looking.. Alright, here’s the day time look I did, like for school, day time about in town, etc.

Long lashes. Yay. :D

On this day, the inner part of this lash wouldn’t stick to my lash line. I could have fixed it, but I was too lazy. haha. :sheepish: I did use a little bit of mascara after applying the lashes. I used white lash glue here.

Summer is over, and fall is here! Meaning I can try my darker looks, loves it!

I did not use mascara or a curler. Just wanted to let the lashes “be”. (Sorry if I don’t make sense haha). With lighter more natural make up on, you can see the lashes more. But with darker eye make up and eye liner on, the lashes are less defined looking. Instead it gives more fuller lash look.

Love these!

Here I used black lash glue. I think I prefer not using mascara on these. :)

What do you think girls? Love ‘em? :)
